Epigastric Pain series 1 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 1]ER Case 1 (7mm slice) A 65-year-old male presented with intense epigastric pain and loss of appetite for several hours. He had no diarrhea or vomiting. Body temperature:36.7 degrees Celsius. On physical examination, tenderness was noticed in the epigastrium, without rebound tenderness or muscle guarding. |
