Epigastric Pain series 4 RESIDENT COURSE [ER Case 19]ER Case 19 (10mm slice): A 68-year-old female with a past history of hysterectomy for uterine myoma at the age of 50 and appendectomy at the age of 20. She presented with increasing epigastric pain of two days duration. Body temperature: 39.5 degrees Celsius. There are periumbilical tenderness and muscle guarding. |
